Destination/Inbound Services

When an inbound shipment is entrusted to Dawn International Relocation, you are in safe hands. Dawn International Relocation will arrange for collection of inbound shipment from sea port or airport. Import documentation will be coordinated with our customers well in advance of the vessel’s arrival date. Upon arrival, Air or sea shipments can be cleared & delivered within 2(two) and 3 (three) working days respectively. Storage and Warehousing

Dawn International Relocation has specifically designed warehousing and storage facility with properly laid out floor plan with fire prevention construction, and provided with high levels of security with adequate parking facilities for all kinds of vehicles, including container trucks. Our Warehouse is managed and controlled under effective warehouse maintenance program and schedules related with cleaning of the premises, pest control measures, fire protection procedures and other needed safety measures. All appropriate warehouse handling equipment, required tools and materials are supplied with, to ensure smooth loading, unloading and handling of goods/shipments. Transit Insurance

At Dawn International, we take utmost care in packing and handling of your valuable household goods. As accidental damages can happen we recommend our customers to take up insurance coverage for their shipment. With our specially arranged insurance coverage for ALL RISKs you will be able to claim the replacement value of the items insured. However, do not declare items such as; Jewellery, cash, watches, stamps, collections, particleboards/chipboard pieces of furniture etc. as these items are not covered by our insurance. Door to Door insurance is available with a competitive premium and this include electrical and mechanical malfunctioning, mould and mildew and pair &set coverage. The coverage start at the time of packing your goods and valid 90 days from the packing date. Insurance extension can be arranged with an extension premium on a monthly basis. As a part of our honest desire to maintain sustainable environment, in context with the moving industry, Dawn International Relocation Pte Ltd. is committed to maintain an environmental policy as of below:

  • To run and maintain a recycling program in sorting both, packaging materials from jobsites and office waste.
  • To use recycled and reusable packing materials, wherever possible.
  • To use packing materials responsibly and avoid wastage
  • To educate and encourage all employees to promote environmental friendly habits within the office environment their homes and in society.
  • To use appliances like: PC’s, copiers, air conditioners, vehicles, lights, etc., effective and responsible.
  • To reduce paper wastage by mainly using electronic communication and to only print if really necessary.
  • To ensure proper disposal of debris and waste in accordance with the best practices available.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES

  • Posters and signs are exhibited in office and warehouse premises to support environmental practices.
  • Provided dedicated areas at warehouse for temporary storage of material for recycling.
  • Recycled packing materials are being used or reusable blanket for local moves.
  • Packing materials are used properly at packing sites.
  • Separate bins are provided for paper, plastic, metal, wood at warehouse. These bins are collected regularly by recycle waste collectors.
